Scale is pretty easy to lose track of in video games, particularly third person games.
The most stark example of this I find is in Monster Hunter. Those things are FUCKING HUGE, like even the smallest are rivaling elephants in not straight blowing them out of the water. Even the ones with irl analogues are way bigger, like average Anjanath are still At Least half again as big as the largest T-Rexes on record.
But as said, a lot of that size impact is just lost thanks to the perspective we have of everything and how fast everything happens.
Helldivers at least gets somewhat impact when things are close enough to actually tower over you, or with the Hivelord in general.
