Very simple, grind for 4-12 hours a day. Become utterly consumed with finishing your project to the point that you would rather work on your game than do anything else. Aggressively focus on the goal of a minimum viabile product. Continually re-examine your project and identify uneeded bloat that can be cut out. Become self aware of your shortcomings and realize what you must do to overcome your limitations. You need only the will.
