If Canto 9 ends up being shit, then yeah its rushed, but until then its literally El Director sticking to a schedule like usual, he isn't even lying or walking back on the road map he gave so far. (Even the Walpurgis was said to not have any story or even EGO, so its not like he cut it in a hurry.)
