but our lord is forgiving
he is oh so forgiving
because he loves us, as any father loves his children
in the constant, disgusting state of sin that we live in from birth to death
he loves us all the time
and because he loves us, his children, so very much
the price of forgiveness is oh so very small
against the inconceivably vast weight of our sin
the price of forgiveness is only as heavy as a mustard seed
and what is that price?
