its similar to BA in which you should always save for a spark if you want to roll a banner, I remember BA's 3% chance is decent but the rate up is only 0.75%, which makes it very common to not get the rate up before the spark. I'm just wondering if they will do a bluefes as well, because they have a lot of units in the leaks and it seems they're doing double active banners.
