Pulling on pilgrims instead of just using your gold tickets can be risky but RH will tear ass through the entire rest of the campaign so she's pretty worth it
Since you're a newfag all the early game bonuses + anni free shit are probably enough to get you to 200 pulls to guarantee her even if your luck is shit anyways
