One of the biggest issues is that, at least with the 4chan guilds, there's an over representation of tanks compared to dps. It's supposed to be 1/5 1/5 3/5, tank, healer, dps. But right now it's 2/5, 1/5. 2/5. So a lot of tanks right now either sit on their thumbs or run pugs. While dps can essentially double dip.
