The stuff about her avoiding temple duties comes from the other priestesses, if I recall correctly, besides, telling people their futures doesn't really contribute to any great plan - the great four digit IQ idea was to lure The False Sovereign before it's time and they fumbled it,
everything went according to fate/prophecy and all of their plans were completely useless beyond the "gamble" Iuno did (with Rover and her existence "erasing" maneuver)
This is where the actual joke begins, because none of it mattered, the tide came anyway while Fractsidus was in control the whole time, despite Iuno throwing a wrench in to the wheels of fate.
It all looks very stupid in retrospect
