she's strong and will bring you to the end game easily. the only catch is her school has shiroko+hoshino so it isn't worthwhile to spend the blurays/books on her instead of the the most important meta students(b.hoshino/s.hoshino/kuroko/s.shiroko). then you have a lot of other students who need you to spend resources on them too. plus there's all sorts of monthly raids which have specific clear conditions which don't suit her.
she's really good and strong but the game isn't solely clearing maps so you'll use her less. plus there's an issue with eligma where it's very limited so people don't want to invest in her since they can grind eleph per month from the shop. so she's good early to carry and ultra late when you can grind the eleph to max her and have spare stuff to max her out.
