Durin is a very strong universally valuable pull if you like him. He'll be in 6.2
Xilonen is also a good general purpose support. I wouldn't say you need her, but she's another option. Durin does some subdps while Xilonen is pure support, so she might age better.
You can pull Klee, Albedo, or Venti if you want. They'll all be good enough for most content after getting buffed, but they're not the absolute peak of power. I wouldn't pick them unless you want to dedicate significant effort to playing them.
Varesa is bait highly dependent on getting a bunch of 4 stars to C6, but if you like her you can pull her too.
For your roster specifically one thing that stands out is that you should probably try to get Escoffier. She's not in 6.2. I expect her to rerun in 6.3 or 6.4 and it might be difficult to get her unless you exit 6.2 with some savings.
