Varka is unironically a good, well written, male character in this game, his strong sense of leadership is the reason why everything is worked and why they can defeat a kuuvaki addicted sinner who terrorized the entire nod krai. Even arlecchino submit to this guy and willingly listen to him and his plan. For comparison, arlecchino taunted neuvilette to arrest her in palais memonia over his accusation of knave killing a certain businessman in fontaine. Clearly that she have a different level of respect in here to varka
I think capitano is like that as well, but we dont get to work with him as much as varka
