can you elaborate this point of view? I feel like the reason people rated neuv/arle so highly is that they had access to enormous EHP, which was very useful in an environment where damage was going to get so high it would either interrupt your rotation or kill your driver
that doesn't seem like overratedness to me, in the most cynical sense it seems like people were rightly valuing them for problems hoyo caused then "solved" by selling the solution (as always)
