SMS is a weak set. Cinder city is 40% DMG which is equivalent to 160 EM if you compare artifact stat weights (46.6% DMG = 187 EM mainstat). So with SMS requiring two characters you get an artifact that does 3/4ths of what you get with one character that can wear cinder city. Without two nod-krai characters, the value will often be worse than instructor set. EM is also inherently more niche.
I save every SMS piece that has even a glimmer of potential just in case. I'm planning to ditch this domain for good once Columbina's kit is confirmed.
