Absolutely. I mean, it's funny hearing how much people complain about Sledgehammer, but a single light with Throwing Knives just shuts that down, as your approach is often entirely tied up in trying to bait out the reload or making them miss shots to drain their magazine to where you can just tank the rest.

And of course, while I say this in regards to Melee fights, it nevertheless applies to basically all kinds of firefights
