I found one my first trip to there as well, and then never again. I spent a good few hours looking for them. Meanwhile it may not show it on the palpedia but they spawn like crazy on Oasis Isle like I mentioned >>1832313 . There was a patch a while after the update, maybe that moved them there, and forgot to update the palpedia?
