most of their idle animations and ways they move around with tells me they might, stamina both as a balance mechanic and as a thing all toons have makes them about 80% to 90% human, they'd mostly be it or another sentient species if it wasn't that they're made by two autistic entretainers who played god to make funny cartoon guys become real, if Ichor was used by scientist to recreate humans/robloxians as much as possible, it would have been developed like that.
