Tisha acts on her words because that means actually keeping the building running, and no she doesn't "hide her dislike" for the other toons, which for whatever reason we're using "is an asshole" as a positive metric here.
The entire 30+ cast of toons are so fucking lazy they can't even be bothered to clean their own rooms and even when the characters have dedicated jobs, niggas like Sprout and Cosmo, who cook AS THEIR PROFESSION cannot be assed to clean shit up. They just leave it there and then bitch out for help. We're talking a cast of characters so dysfunctional they can't do basic shit you're already supposed to do. Everyone is taking advantage of Tisha's goodwill. She knows it. She lets them know she knows it. We could remove her from the picture and Gardenview would be an unbearable shitshow within the week.
