Please Mr Newell I really want to play the 1on1 mod on actual servers so I may earn XP and progress my armory pass. There's also a new RCE exploit relating to community servers every year so I don't really want to play the community 1on1 servers. I think everyone who has tried the 1on1 community servers with a rating system and all the bells and whistles will agree, it is a pretty fun way to play Counter-Strike.
