I still think the biggest problem with Dandy himself is that he (ironically) gets such little time in the spotlight
You can't play as him, his twisted is a complete non-issue, and most of the gossip dialogue doesn't really tell you much about him. All that's really known is that:
>He's a fat greedy jew
>He cut off everyone in his life except Astro
>He has anger issues that he lies about
>He was supposedly a much better person when Gardenview was still open
>Him and Vee have a rivalry
I think he can make a good villain or anti-villain if Qwel really wants to go with "morally gray", there just needs to be more information shown about him. Either through dialogue, videos, or notes laying around on the floor
Also buff Twisted Dandy, it's hard to take the overarching villain as a threat when he's so pitiful in gameplay
