I am implying you will be doing this on another pet that has been fused to make the getting of MP Gain easier by the way, then leveling MP Gain/Raging to lv10 using the buff spell EXP trick. Making "a pet" is a multiple fusions long process, not unlike shoving an elbow length rubber glove up another man's ass.
Anyways, for tank pets, you have DEVOTED, CALM, and STURDY. Tank pets have shit like Rage Attack and some other shit to piss off the boss real hard. Tanks and phys pets use Absorb HP (You gamble for this on the primary pet btw and if you don't get it you're FUCKED and have to start over) in order to never EVER die because Raging Blow fully heals them. Absorb is good but it's not build defining like MP Gain is so it's not locked in. Ok this mostly covers everything I think on natures. So for types it's straightforward. Genius is really fucking good in general, not bad if you get it, but-

For buffers/support, maybe tanks
>Magic attack

i'm PRETTY SURE this is terrible because it has awful dex and it focuses into STR. Get Genius or Accurate instead and mass dump into DEX
Ok now fusing. Fusing randomizes shit between both parents and you can lock ONE of-
weapon, type, nature
You can remove RNG by fusing monsters that have 2 of 3 same types, then lock in third that is not the same to guarantee you don't inherit shitty traits. When you fuse you can lock ONE skill from EACH pet, you cannot lock TWO skills from ONE pet, so DO NOT pass on your second inherit skill until you are FULLY READY for it, once you do, that pet is LOCKED IN unless training RNG fucks you over, in which case you need to level up another pet and then lv10 the replacement raging blow/Mp gain etc and try again to get the RNG skill you needed. Pray the skill you need is actually in the guaranteed slots (ie Encourage), for some builds it's not
