the 9999 fuse is mostly for people who want to make a tank pet (devoted) or dps(timid).
Worth mentioning that weapon matters, magic device is the best as magic damage doesnt miss nad have the longest range. Timid pets can regen mana on its own and can spam dps skills.
I don't want to go into detail about pet animation speed or how certain mobs can inherently deal magic (so weapon doesnt matter) because there is no reliable source out there.
