lever turns the loaders on.
they're on a common spam clock to reduce lag and complexity (and make it easier for me to fix ̶i̶f̶ when it inevitably breaks)

the noteblock above breaks whatever boxes are in the system now, a common courtesy so whoever will use it after you will not get your items in his boxes
note that the noteblock only *breaks* the boxes, for them to be dispensed and arrive at the output chests, the loader clock has to be on
