I mean rye is tricky because it's specifically a cold weather crop designed to be planted in colder latitudes where temperatures won't exceed 27C (Arctic/Poles) or otherwise won't heat up to beyond that point until summer. Ergo, it has much stricter margins than nearly every other crop. You're almost always better off waiting a bit longer and planting spelt. 5C from a greenhouse really isn't much of a buffer.
