Yeah I did it one day when I had a 20/40 but I guess 60s can spawn and I don't even care to do 40. I'm pretty sure they made these missions before the incap change because all the others are very easy in comparison. While I can get 10+ a game if I take an anti-DD rusher, that relies on DDs to even spawn so..fuck it.
