So much this. I can't wrap my head around the idea to not include such basic features that their previous game already had. It's like they were thinking it would be revolutionary to release D4 with LESS functionalities than Diablo 3. This is very malicious and the game really suffers from it.
When I have the time I'll see if there were any threads up on blizz forums about it.
