ive gotten a 2s add gear from killing 4 random mobs before and sold it for a quick buck. Luck can be that stupid sometimes but to answer your question, people can farm it for 3 days and not even get a 2s ring. For now you can just sell the mats at guild bar if your bag is full for 100k spinas or so before remapping (to reset mob spawn rate)
