Considering the controversial choice to turn a PvE coop game into a PvPvE extraction shooter I think these devs stick to their vision of what's right. Last test was gauging balance and progression, this one was only to test the servers. Most crying for nerfs didn't seem to understand basic mechanics like ammo types or weak points, which could use a tooltip sure, but without progression systems we don't know how much easier upgrades can make pve. Personally I'm glad basic bots are more of a threat. In TT2 the weakest ones were just minor ammo taxes instead of disruptive to pathing or pvp.

Why would anyone want this. The problem with ARCs loot is difficulty gauging value at a glance, polluting the weapon pool with rattler clones would only make it worse.
