Joker will be released later today (in 11 hours).
Joker's festival starts tomorrow.
They have also made changes to make completing the festival faster and more consistent, along with increased ticket rewards. Finally, they claim to be implementing improved matchmaking. Whether that will fix the all of the game's connection issues remains to be seen.

I expect most lobbies will be shared in the >>>/v/sonic thread, but I may share a few here.
