He appears to be a 4chan micro-celebrity who would post webms of him shoving toys up his ass. Based on his age he might be the guy Woody Got Wood was based on. I never got the joke of WGW and why VG found it so hilarious that it needs to be spammed when the story isn't funny and for a shock kind of thing it's just too boring. Knowing that this guy guy was a child around the time WGW got written and his claim to fame is shoving toys up his ass, I think VG knew all along. This was their inside joke.
