Btw it was that same nepo baby director who hated elves and had a hard on for giants. That's what gave us the giant rework but elven magic missile is still unusable trash. That director is also responsible for pretty much all the content from G19 all the way up until 2020 or so (I could get the specific timelines wrong but it's approximately right)
