I'm not saying Crom is good content, note that I have been hating on every piece of content the C6/C7 director put out (for various reasons). But the reasons you provided for it being bad are flat out wrong. The mobs and bosses are almost all designed to screw you over (maybe with the exception of the actual final boss which isn't as bad) so that you die to BS like 5 billion caris stacking their auras or ronauns stunlocking you. Heck they nerfed Crom a couple times and it's still not that fun even with arcanas. But it's not because you need guns or chains at all.
You have a fundamental misunderstanding of why things are the way they are and it affects the validity of your arguments. Even if you have the correct conclusions sometimes (e.g. Crom isn't very good) it is probably counterproductive to convincing people that you are right.
