That is exactly what arcana is designed to do. Skillsets are not players, there's nothing wrong with players being able to do everything. In fact, frankly, being able to freely combine skills you know and being able to learn every skill is the other appeal of mabbo. There's nothing wrong with being able to do everything on one character so you CAN be a polymath if you want to.
Also now you are confused again since you are complaining about skills being too fast to level when mabbo has like 7 other grind systems you need to work on to get to baseline competence. As an old person who stayed up to rank life skills many many years ago when they were actually hard, I think you should just go play Mabipro
