from what i've read, the issue with the shop change is with the lack of data. can't imagine it'd be an issue to code it seeing how other things get ironed out eventually, but then I also read about how it ended up not being a good change at all - so would there be a point in it after all?

i'm not concerned about perfect accuracy, i'd much rather have the project be a remake and port over desired changes while restricting other content to this period than be fully accurate and suffer from gower intellect (it still does). granted, you could have a world/server for full authenticity, but that doesn't seem to be the intent of the devs (i'm referencing RSC Open by the way)
