I wouldn't be surprised if their plan is to get the foundations first (all the toons and twisteds mostly) and then they'll start blasting gameplay features. I remember reading that there's no plans for more mains and I assume a majority of the mains are out, so it's honestly not too far off from being a possibility imo. But I'm also relatively new to the game so I could be talking out my ass
