Yeah, I know a typical streamer is dependent on the content but in Rax's case it's, I think, more cut and dry. He did say he will at least test each new season of D4, but won't commit to them and instead he'll focus on other games.
That alone puts him in a better position to ask 'difficult' questions than, say, Rhykker who's much more lenient in his interviews.

And I do hope questions about the game overall will be addressed, not just the seasonal stuff. I'm interested in what improvements what actual community feedback is in the pipeline already.

It's not a bad game by any means but it's very underdeveloped and it shows. Plus let's not forget it was being developed by D3 devs initially who all got fired iirc, evidently they had a different vision of the game then current devs. Even now I believe there's no specific goal for D4 in terms of system improvements, but who knows maybe someone more knowledgeable will take reins.
