I use that same team every day for the stigma stages. With that setup Nari one-shots every boss on a non-crit except Frost Orb. My Nari has like 87% crit rate and is still missing two weapon dupes, which would put her at 97%. If you absolutely need to, you could just tell Juha to wait and/or give HG or Nari the 'Reckoning of Sin' stigma set to get her to go first, then Juha boosts her for the CD reset+AP.
