Use the first one right before you break the 5th lantern. You want to make sure the 5th lantern breaks and buffs you before the yellow mark is applied. If you're using Kisaki, use her ex on Wakamo later, to guarantee it's on when the explosion happens. Try to go for 3 Wakamo EX casts per cycle, even if the third one feels like it'll be late don't worry about it and just fire it, you only need to deal ~700k purple damage to cap the accumulation for a 2.5m hit. The Mari points are 1: slightly after you block a punch, there's a strong dot that starts ticking, and 2: after the boss recovers it does a big aoe. As long as you heal Wakamo at these points, and get 3 Wakamo EX per cycle, you should be good to go for a 1pan p1.
