Yeah full art/SR cards are much more expensive because collectors love buying those to collect, grade or resell. FA/SR items/energy/stadiums are often cheaper because they don't have the visual appeal that pokemon/trainers do for collectors.
It's not worth buying FA stuff anyway outside collecting. It feels bad having them get damaged from play compare to just using a 50 cents regular copy

Rockets nidoking is still in rotation, any trainers like the ones listed on that image wouldn't be available tho (Basically anything with a G letter in the corner is gone unless it has a reprint with H/I/J letter). It doesn't lose too much to rotation but nidokings not a very good deck in general tho. It'd be cheap to get the regular cards for it since it's not competitive
