using her in a baby deck is kind of a waste. if you don't get them turn 1 you're probably not going to get the chance to use them unless you get leaf or something (barring a recycle deck like flareon ex), but you can't use her and leaf in the same turn.
sure you can then fetch them out of your deck and make way for better cards, but now you have to put them on the field or you're liable to get red carded for having a bunch of cards in your hand. and putting babies on the field when you don't intend to use them is a pretty bad play.
