There's a couple of others, one is a big empty DM arena with a Berserk Pack named "Mortal Kombat." UAC Labs was probably his best level, and frankly it's kind of ok for like 1995 standards, but if the author wasn't an infamous murderer it would have been forgotten to time because there's nothing else standout or interesting about it.
It also had some of the Doom gore crudely 'enhanced' with MS-Paint, like drawing more red blood to death animations, but I don't know if he did that himself or if it was something he just found.
There was also another .wad which he talked about, but it's presumed lost to time. Potentially it may still exist somewhere in some evidence locker held by the local PD, or maybe the FBI, but that'd be a big maybe, even if it was put there it could have degraded depending on how it was stored.
