MCC PC is the best; only caveat is that the MCC loading screens got a screenshot of the given level which kinda ruins the surprise. The original Xbox version has the best loading screens but that's it's only advantage over MCC.
Avoid the original Gearbox PC version and ESPECIALLY avoid Halo Anniversary on 360.
