Because MEFO bills/Economy of Conquest consumer goods buildup ramps up faster the more non-core territory Germany occupies, not being able to make RKs rapes the German economy even harder

The list goes on. I've tested all this shit without mods, without player intervention(spectating the world in historical mode as Bhutan with fog of war turned off etc).
