I'm pissed that there's no way to get rid of unwanted cultures. Assimilate them? Sorry, doesn't happen in homelands. Conscript them? You can't, it only works on accepted cultures. Starve them? Nope, they'd rather stay unemployed and generate turmoil rather than leave. The unrestricted migration law is worthless because discriminated cultures never leave anyway.
