Trying to do acrobatics yesterday (as well as the preceding workout) has tapped me of energy (and made me sore in muscles I didn't know I possessed), so today's been a rest day. Might take it relatively easy tomorrow, too, but if nothing else I'll still try to get stretches in, that really helped not fuck myself up when doing tumbles and rolls (and is just good for the body in general).
