If your going to be that pedantic it's out of her ability to "refund" it as she was never paid for it either, there's nothing to "refund" on her end. VShojo is the only entity that could refund it as they are the ones that accepted payment. A chargeback is the only option. It's a refund you're just asking a different place to force the refund it.
