The reason these graduations have been hurting so much is because they slowed down too much on the recruitment speed. If you remember the early days, people were actually seething about the speed at which they were hiring new livers, because they couldn't conceive of the idea that you don't have to watch literally everyone and a company is allowed to hire as many people as they want. Unfortunately they took this as legitimate criticism and slowed it down.
32 livers were recruited from 2021-2022. A period of 2 years.
From 2023-2025, a period of 3 years, a total of 13 were recruited.
Compare that to JP. From 2023-2025, 33 livers were recruited. They kept the same pace going.
EN needs to step it up and go back to recruiting at that speed. This cannot continue at the current pace. It needs to be more like JP.
