I think if you reach a monumental goal that few others have ever accomplished and you're raking in constant cash for the branch, the least the company could do is front some of the costs and support the one project you've been wanting to make since the beginning.
While yes even people in Holo have to pay for projects, they also get extra opportunities because of their subscriber count with the exception of Kiara tbdesu.
