I have a theory that Saba is currently shadowbanned.
Clips of her uploaded by freebooters do way too abysmally bad. Of course you can argue that is simply her honeymoon phase being over, but in near a month for what started with 1Mil subs it doesn't seem likely.
We all know she had issues with demonetized VODs, a negative vocal reception by the general audience and even an attempted doxx attack by Kiwifarms (which they ended up reusing old leaks for a new doxx attempt, but that's beside the point). I also think she predicted most of this reaction with the whole "paperboat" thing, a testament of resilience and making subtle changes to keep being afloat.
To me this confirms she had the potential to reach her former fame as Gura but will never be able to achieve it due to making way too many enemies behind the scenes.
