The main issue is that there just isn't enough people in EN for talents who want to opt out to be able to witthout crippling the event. Just look at the MC event from this week. How many JP participated in building? I'm not 100% sure but it felt like 10-15 out of 40. Now think about this. How many talents are in EN right now?
