Ehh... They read them at the end of the streams when they can, but they leave it for later a lot of times and read it when they have time (which could mean doing it at the end of almost any kind of stream), if they have big backlogs they do SC reading. I'd be better if they advertised when they can or can't read them at the start of the stream, but no one complains so I guess most people are okay with it.
